Therapy where all are welcome
About Me
My approach is characterized by curiosity, compassion, and the capacity to be present, non-judgmental, and empathetic. I identify as a white, nonbinary person, and use she/they pronouns. Holding my own identities, I understand how important it is to explore intersectionality as part of your therapeutic journey. I work from an anti-oppression and trauma-informed framework and welcome talking about cultural and identity dynamics. I am committed to my own personal privilege and oppression work.
My Practice
Therapy is a collaboration where we consider the life experiences, patterns, relationships, and beliefs that have shaped how you move through the world. Together we will explore the challenges that are contributing to unbalance in your life. I am committed to providing a safe and accepting therapeutic environment that facilitates growth, insight, and change.
