About Me
My approach is characterized by curiosity, compassion, and the capacity to be present, non-judgmental, and empathetic. I identify as a white, nonbinary person, and use she/they pronouns. Holding my own identities, I understand how important it is to explore intersectionality as part of your therapeutic journey. I work from an anti-oppression and trauma-informed framework and welcome talking about cultural and identity dynamics. I am committed to my own personal privilege and oppression work.
